Donald L. Dyer, Editor, reports that manuscripts are being accepted for consideration of publication in Balkanistica. Papers written in English from any discipline which deals with BALKAN or SOUTHEAST EUROPEAN topics are welcome.
Manuscripts should be submitted in hard copy (three copies should be submitted) or by e-mail attachment. All submissions will undergo a double-blind refereeing process, and, if accepted for publication, they must ultimately be tendered electronically. Since there will be a double-blind review process, authors are asked, within reason, to attempt to conceal their identity in the manuscript. Authors of submitted manuscripts should follow one of the generally accepted styles within their specific discipline. Click here for more information on submitting manuscripts to Balkanistica. Balkanistica is listed in and abstracted by the MLA Bibliography, the ABC CLIO Library, Linguistics and Language Behavior Abstracts, and Linguistics Abstracts. Balkanistica is also listed in the most recent editions of Central and South-Eastern Europe and Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia, volumes produced by Europa Publications which cover the Balkans, Eastern and Southeastern Europe.
